Journey To A Healthy Lifestyle

As I mentioned in my previous post I am currently starting a new lifestyle on keeping a healthy lifestyle and fit body. This is not only for me to be ready for a great beach body next summer but to keep me through the winter blues with this cold winter coming! (Especially in Europe)

So this week has been progressing well as I just did double high intensity trainings in the gym, one called Hot HIIT which is high intensity interval training in 50 degrees Celsius and the other being BBB30 which is a butt,boobs and belly workout!

I also had a talk with my food coach before my workouts to keep me on track away from chocolate and all the sweets I love as well as other unhealthy food! I definitely think having a food coach helps me on track but if you are doing it on your own, you can always keep a food dairy. It really helps you keep track of all the food you’re eating so you realise what you have too much of or what you need more of!

After my workout I was feeling a little hungry while I was cooking so I quickly had some quark before my shower and while my food was in the oven.

Because I have a lot of cravings for fried food, my food coach recommended me to use the oven more for my vegetables which will help with eating healthier.

So after my workout for lunch I put some pumpkin and cauliflower in the oven (the picture does not look so appetising as I was too hungry to decorate it nicely and I ate half before I remember to document a picture). And I ate this with oven baked chicken seasoned lightly.

Then after I was hungry for snacks! Usually during this time I take out all my chips and chocolate, but this time I decided to make banana pancakes!

Later on I decided to make some green tea. Usually I go for just the usual plain flavoured green tea but this time, I decided to mix two of my favourite flavours of green tea together, strawberry and rose. And it was good!
